TERMS OF BUSINESS, STOK - ROOMS, WINE & RESTAURANT

 

1. Peace in the rooms
   Guests are obliged to observe the house rules and ensure peace in the rooms. After 10 p.m., silence must be maintained in the rooms and corridors of the hotel so as not to disturb the rest of other guests.

2. Reservation and advance payment
   Advance payment (advance payment) is required upon confirmation of the reservation. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is not returned, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. The remaining amount of the reservation is paid upon arrival at the location, before accommodation.
   In case of payment of the entire reservation, the money is not returned upon cancellation. Guests can use 70% of the reservation value for a future reservation, provided that the cancellation is canceled in writing at least 10 days before the expected arrival and confirmed by Štok - Rooms, Wine & Restaurant.

3. Use of rooms
   The rooms are intended for the stay of guests, who must take care of their neatness and order. Any possible injuries or damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest.

4. Departure and arrival
   Check-in to the room is possible after 3 p.m., and check-out is mandatory by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of later check-out, Štok - Rooms, Wine & Restaurant reserves the right to charge additional fees.

5. Pets
   Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

6. Smoking
   Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and all interior spaces of the hotel. In case of violation, the hotel will charge for the cleaning of the room and any damage caused.

7. Responsibility for personal items
   The hotel is not responsible for personal items left by guests in rooms or common areas.

8. Sanctions for non-compliance with the rules
   In case of violations of the rules, Štok - Rooms, Wine & Restaurant reserves the right to terminate the stay without reimbursement of costs.
